2 Platform Account: Billing and Client Portal
At Briefsync we believe in the privacy of our users. We offer a two-platform system to our users. The first platform “billing” where it holds domain and payment info. Domain is an optional for private. The second platform “client portal” keeps 3rd pary data secured in one dashboard. Both platforms are private and confidential.
We work with a 3rd party credit payment processor to handle all of our transactions including personal information, billing information and credit card information. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service to our customers.

Free domain name for year still requires your personal information such as full name and address. Domain information is managed by Canadian Internet Registration Authority “CIRA” is a Canadian regulatior agent for Internet Addresses.
When renewing domain subscription, it will use personal and billing information for payment.
Cancellling
When cancelling, we still keep all of your account private. You can always renew anytime, to open up and keep website online.
Support
When contacting for support such as ticket support, chat and comment, we use user’s information to respond and analyze past message to best way to undersand and serve client.
Fraud
3rd party payment processor company that keeps payment data for fraudulent checks.
