We work with a 3rd party credit payment processor to handle all of our transactions including personal information, billing information and credit card information. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service to our customers.
Free domain name for a year still requires your personal information such as full name and address. Domain information is managed by Canadian Internet Registration Authority "CIRA", a Canadian regulatory agent for Internet Addresses.
When renewing domain subscription, it will use personal and billing information for payment.
When cancelling, we still keep all of your account private. You can always renew anytime, to open up and keep your website online.
When contacting for support such as ticket support, chat and comment, we use user's information to respond and analyze past messages to best understand and serve our clients.
